No. A broken spring means the door is under imbalanced tension and can come crashing down. Do not use the door until it is repaired. Call us and we will send a tech the same day.

We can complete most standard door replacements within 1–2 business days once you select your door. Same-day installation is possible for in-stock doors. Custom or special-order doors require a lead time.
